EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If you need to return items to Capital L please ensure you follow the instructions below:
All requests for item returns and refunds must be made to Capital L via e-mail within 7 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchangeable, returnable or refundable goods must be approved for return with a Returns Authority (RA) number. Please note there are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Once you have received your RA you may send the item back to:

Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, altered, washed or dry cleaned. Returned items must still have swing tags attached.
After 7 days from purchase, all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted after that time.
All garments must be returned to Capital L at the expense of the purchaser via Registered Australian Post. Capital L will not take responsibility for lost items that were not registered.
